Compliance Zetko is operating according to all GMP, SSOP and FSMA rules and regulations. Our production is fully in compliance and is HACCP certified. At all hours of operation, Zetko is supervised by a quality control team and a Mashgiach Temidi (kosher supervisor) to ensure that all the rules and regulations are being strictly followed.
Zetko’s New York City kitchen is operating in a state-of-the-art USDA certified commissary, and is inspected by the New York State Department of Agriculture, FDA and USDA.
